Terms & Conditions

50% deposit to be paid before production 50% balance on completion of fitting.
All customers to have a signed Customer agreement, with plan view drawings and render of rooms showing new furniture to be fitted with details of materials and finishes when 50% deposit is taken.

No Electrical alterations are included in the quotation and are not covered or insured by We Create Bedrooms Ltd.

Any changes to the agreed work schedule must be confirmed by email within 24 hours of the deposit being paid. Any extra work not included in the schedule will be charged accordingly. 

We Create Bedrooms Ltd will not be held responsible for any breakages of items left in the work area.
